RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the hand-crafted nature of Artisan House Metal wall sculptures, dimensions and colors may vary. Items in
stock are normally shipped within 2 working days of the order. Out of stock items may take 3 to 4 weeks
before shipment. When your order is confirmed, you will be notified of the approximate shipping
date. Rest assured that if you are not completely satisfied with your Artisan House purchase, you may return the
item for an exchange. Just let us know within six (6) days of the receipt of the merchandise. All
sales are final seven (7) days after the customer receives the merchandise.

The customer is responsible for contacting Cerzan Studio regarding returns and to get
a (RAN) Return Authorization Number. Any unauthorized return will be refused. In case of an
approved return all back and forth shipping and handling costs in full are the sole responsibility
of the customer. Cerzan Studio will apply a 20% restocking fee on any approved return.
Collect shipments will not be accepted. Cerzan Studio will refund the cost
of items when received back minus any applicable fees only if the item is returned within the
specified time and conditions.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

Cerzan Studio does not offer any guaranties implied or otherwise, than those offered by the manufacturer of the product. You
agree the maximum liability to Cerzan Studio shall be the price of the item. In no event Cerzan Studio, it's employees or owners
shall be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to items sold.
